Time was running out for Debra Stevens. But the 911 dispatcher didn’t seem concerned.
“Somebody save me!” Stevens screamed as the water level crept up inside her car, which was stranded in floodwater.
“I don’t know why you’re freaking out,” the dispatcher, Donna Reneau, responded.
“I’m going to die,” Stevens cried later.
“Yeah, I know,” Reneau said.

Weakened driver Katiyah Hines has been captured for killing an individual in a fender bender in Charlotte. Reports say that she is having to deal with lawful offense penalties.
Katiyah Hines, most popular as Braid Barbie via virtual entertainment, was captured in North Charlotte today. At 12 PM, she hit two left vehicles with her SUV on Pat Garret Street.
Specialists said that she was debilitated and over-speeding at that point. Read More...
